We will be getting ready to fill the 100% grass-fed lamb and beef orders around the end of April You wonder why we don't have it like the other folks? The grass-fed and finished beef takes about 24-26 months before it is ready for harvest. We want the meat to have good marbleing to give the meat that good eating flavor.
We have 100% grass-fed lamb most year round. Again, they are 100% grass-fed with no shots or hormones. All they get is grass and sunshine. The lamb is always tender. We check each beef before we sell it to make sure that the meat is tender.
You can send use your orders any time but we like to butcher iin the spring or late fall. You can contact me to get your cutting sheets for your 1/4, 1/2, or a whole unitfor beef. Lamb is sold in 1/2 or whole. Thank you for checking us out.
